Marine Insurance TW, established in 1983 by PS Huang and Gary Ck Huang by providing auto and property insurance products and services, Marine Insurance Services, originally a subsidiary company under PS holdings group, has provided insurance services in California since 2004. Marine Insurance Services is now an independent insurance brokerage with over thirty years of combined experience.
M.I.S. has formed strategic alliances with over two dozen top insurance carriers in order to provide a greater variety of quality insurance products and services to meet the costumer’s expectations and needs.
M.I.S. believes that service is everything in the insurance business. We have a knowledgeable multicultural agency that can provide service in three different languages: English, Mandarin Chinese, and Spanish. This enables us to service the vast part of California cultures and make you feel right at home.
“Giving Back” to our community is important. We make great strides to being a positive presence in our city. Furthermore, being involved with not for profit organizations that help nationally and worldwide is the right thing to do.

Linda SC Huang-Lucero Founder and President
Linda has been around the insurance industry her whole life. While in college she worked as an assistant for a large insurance company. She graduated from Long Beach State University and has been a licensed and practicing insurance agent since 2004. Linda is married and a mother of two boys.
Edward L Lucero Business Manager
Eddie has a great mind for business. He has been in management roles throughout his career. He has an extensive background in finance and asset management. Eddie is a graduate of Colorado State University and a licensed insurance agent. Linda and Eddie have been married since 2008 and have two sons.
